Alternating Tabata -

alternate between 2 exercises. :20 on exercise #1, rest :10 seconds, :20 on exercise #2, rest :10 (total of 8 rounds)


Tabata -

One exercise at a high intensity for :20 then take a :10 rest. Repeat 8 times
